Inner Tide - Long Term

Enjoy a private studio all to yourself, including all shared amenities, with a 36 month commitment.

Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due at signing.

Rents are all-inclusive of utilities, internet, maintenance, cleaning and more.

The Drift - Recurring Hourly Rate

For practitioners needing part-time space with less commitment.

Pre-purchase hours in packages; the more you purchase the more you save. Drift Community members can book studio time up to 6 months in advance.

Hours expire after 6 months. Cancellations of booked studio time must be done 2 weeks in advance or credits are forfeited.

Wave Access - Occasional Bookings

Purchase and use hours as needed, no minimum. Drop-ins can book studio time up to 90 days in advance.

Cancellations of booked studio time must be done 1 week in advance or credits are forfeited.
